This policy explains how Zoe Hayes ("I", "me") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this website or get in touch through it.
What I collect
When you fill out a form on this site (the contact form, the visioning exercise signup, or a newsletter signup), I collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, and any details you include about your enquiry, organisation, or event. I don't ask for or store payment or financial information through this website.
The site also automatically collects some technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, general location and how you found the site, through Squarespace's built-in analytics. This is standard, aggregated website analytics and isn't used to identify you personally.
How I use it
I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to send you the visioning exercise if you've requested it, and, if you've opted in, to send occasional newsletter content via Substack. I don't use your information for anything beyond what you've actually asked for, and I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who I share it with
I use third-party tools to run this site and communicate with you, currently Squarespace (hosting and forms) and Substack (newsletter). These providers process your information on my behalf under their own privacy and security policies. I don't otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics, in line with Squarespace's standard cookie use. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Your rights
You can ask to see what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by emailing zoe@zoehayes.co. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
Data security
I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, but no method of transmission or storage online is completely secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
